nice staff of helpful employees, large selection, relatively decent prices.
Cons
Terrible management. Should probably go back to speech therapy before ever being given another position of authority let alone simply grow a brain. Reflects poorly upon the upper management by choosing such an insufficient person to run the store. Too many stupid rules that have no place being there. Also they have been very understaffed lately not allowing for employees to complete their necessary tasks or not being able to take care of customers. Basically there is no way to make management happy with they amount of hours they are being given this also results in the loss of sales as well as many loyal and new customers. The new manager wants his bonus so bad he doesn't care whose hours he's gotta cut to do so. honestly this company reminds me of America's ideals, once great and useful, now they only care about themselves and there deep pockets.
