Pros
At my store at least, they are very willing to work with your schedule while you are in school. There's opportunities for personal and career growth if that's what you are looking for.
Cons
Sometimes, even though you are legitimately ill they still give you a hard time when you can't make it into work. Also, the overall company itself doesn't care how long you work there. They are cheap.
