Upper management levels including department specialists and district managers are disrepectful towards employees as well as individual store management. Management at store level is not always respectful of employees. There is not a lot of advertisement for hiring within the company for management opportunities. There are very few opportunities for part time employees to prosper within the company, and there are few opportunities for any employees to be promoted within the company.
