Pros
Weis has been one of my favorite jobs so far. The company seems to genuinely care about its employees. People complain about there being only part time Jobs but there is opportunity for advancement. They pay is decent. Everyone gets $9 minimum. The weis I worked at had very caring, friendly, and hard working employees. The managers are easy going and very helpful, I never had any issues.
Cons
-Low staff during overnights and truck days -Needs better organization and communication between management and employees -They're not strict enough sometimes. I knew employees that were constantly late and seemed to not care about their job or representing the company
