Pros
Friendly atmosphere, positive feedback from management as long as you do what you are supposed to do and complete your job tasks
Cons
Schedules, they seem to think hiring part timers that have little night or weekend availability is ok because it's another space filled but they do not take in mind that full time employees that have earned the rights to having some weekends off are not able to take their weekends because they hire part timers who are unavailable on nights and weekends, very frustrating
