      I get paid engineer pay and I do not have any former university training or degree. So the company has compensated me above 100k for at least 9 years now.

      Cons

      The project managers I work with are all master degrees and young guys who have no clue how to do injection molding. The upper management and HR management are weak in there interpersonal behavior.
