This is a fast paced and high demand workplace, where regardless how well prepared you are, you will always have something to learn. The management does an amazing job overall. There is a constant encouragement and support from leadership when comes to development of your personal skills. The only thing you need, is the desire to get involved. Cons
It can be overwhelming for those that cannot adapt to fast paced environment. Sometimes , not too often though, you have to work extra hours to get everything done.
