We reviewed our vacation policy at the beginning of this year and revised it to improve the vacation time provided to new employees at the start of their Weiss-Aug career. We took this action to help all team members achieve a greater work/life balance so that everyone can spend a good amount of much deserved quality time with their loved ones.
