Pros
Most employees are good, honest people.
Cons
An employee I worked with described it as always having “one foot out the door”. And he/she was not what you would call a black sheep in the company, in fact, quite the opposite. Family run business that places little value to its employees. - Poor management - Little training to new employees - Completely politics-driven o Management likes to work for long hours more for the image of being hard-working rather than for actually getting work done. - Poor communication skills o It is not uncommon to have little view of the project scope and timeline or to have tasks assigned to you that are long overdue and you are now to be held accountable for - Unprofessional – repercussions for late / incomplete tasks are nonexistent to those who are ‘liked’ This does not disclose all of the cons but touches on enough of them.
