Pros
PTO is decent, health insurance is good once you've been with the county for 3+ years (high deductible HSA). Some co workers are awesome and semi flexible work schedule after you've been with the county for over a year. Helping clients is great also.
Cons
MANAGEMENT. Management plays favorites, they all have their favorite employees. At the time of a review, or one on ones, the favs get passing scores, and the others get tons of criticism. It's really all about "who you know". Lately, AP (South County) and ES managers have become micro managers. They treat their employees like children. EMPLOYEES - be careful who you trust, often times co workers will snitch on you to make themselves look better in front of management.
