      Pros

      Short commute anywhere you live in York, Adams, and Lancaster counties since it's primary goal is to monopolize healthcare in the region.

      Cons

      Do not value employees. No attempts to retain experienced nurses. Only recruit new nurses and even partnered with nursing college to have revolving door supply of cheap, inexperienced staff. God help the patients.
