Full of very smart, dedicated and kind people. Lots to learn and opportunities to get involved in different things. Hugely collaborative and humanistic culture.
Cons
Currently undergoing a multi-year transformation that is impacting the culture and morale. People work very long hours, email traffic is unmanageable. Increasingly opaque and political in the context of uncertainty and commercial headwinds.
