Growth - stagnant as you won't get any comps increases for years, even if you get title/officership promotions 3. Working environment - too many ordinary coworkers here, which does not matter normally but imagine when you see the ordinary ones get promoted (you know they are ordinary because they can't do things unless turning to you for help all the time)
