Pros
Great exposure and learning opportunity. Good total comp package. Company has grown alot in last 10 years.
Cons
Typical employee works 50 -70 hours a week. Especially in IT. Decisions are made at the highest levels and groups are not even consulted in the process. Company states it values its culture but most of it is just words now. Used to be great culture but I believe growth and management have gotten away from it. Used to value talent now they have different values. Insider club at the top, you can get ahead if you are a game player and get in with the right people. Technical skill at your job is not very important.
