Pros
Great people, lots of collaboration. Firm has immense resources and access to management teams, experts, and sell-side resources. Opportunity to work with some really brilliant people.
Cons
The organization is very opaque, probably rooted in the private partnership structure. There isn't a well structured process for providing feedback to employees. The company feels pretty large, and sometimes its easy to get lost in the shuffle.
