      Pros

      Awesome people, culture and large presence. Everyone knows Wellington. Great exposure to investment content.

      Cons

      Salary is on the low-end, diversity could be better, changing demographic is shifting the strong cultural feel, people are miserable and being laid off left and right. Very little progression for any assistants.
