There is little hierarchy, and any employees who want to join a committee are encouraged to do so. 2. The benefits package here is unrivaled in the industry, with a major focus on health care and well-being. 3. Work/life balance is easy to achieve when warranted. However, some colleagues have a harder time with this than others.
Cons
Investment people seems to be dissatisfied with career advancement opportunities, but at the same time Wellington is very measured in its approach to most things. Be patient and opportunities will arise. The culture, although collaborative and academic, is externally conservative so if you do not like wearing a suit and tie, or business formal, on a daily basis, this company is not for you.
