Pros
Work with incredibly smart and kind people. Investing is a very intellectually stimulating job. Nice office Well resourced
Cons
Bureacratic and slow Lots of managers managing managers. Complacency is high in these ranks. And they shield each other; the managing partners don't seem to see it or look into it. Work/life Senior management tolerates some real jerks if they perform well. This is a net negative over the long term; it erodes the culture.
