Many motivated and intelligent professionals. Better culture here than many other larger competitors except in certain departments. Competitive pay and benefits.
Cons
Search for excellence at times deviates to ruthless. Move to trillion dollar AUM club has turned the company to a more corporate minded culture and less employee centric. Perhaps this was by necessity.
