      Great benifits. Good to have on resume. Upper management are mostly trustworthy, lends a helping hand.

      Cons

      Direct management is not trustworthy.They do not take the time to help and assist when asked to. In order to move up it is who you know, not what you know. Experience does not matter. Get a a lot of work and get nothing in return.
