      nice 401k matching nice office lots of good people

      Cons

      commute outdated culture, not just dressing code but inflexible WFH policy long working hours, Friday night release, on call support during the weekend poor product quality with burden of support office politics bonus not as they boasted almost impossible to change job within the company
