Avoid Launch Program - Analyst Wellington Management Employee Review

the launch/early career program is horribly run. in over 3 years there I only looked at a 10K once - for my interview, despite repeatedly asking for a fundamental team. RAs are used as spare labor for whatever group needs people - the ESG team, client communications, etc. there is 0 skill development, transparency, or RA inout in where you're placed. management is political and incompetent, and witholds info on available rotations to force you onto certain teams. the programs at fidelity or capital group are better choices.
