      Very good 401k. Great brand for next job

      Cons

      1. Lower comp compared to peers. Minimum salary increase, don’t even beat inflation. 2. Political - all about who you know. 3. Bad middle management. A lot of them don’t care about your career at all. 4. Lack of diversity in senior managers 5. Slow growth, not good for people who are early in their career
