Pros
Wellington historically has hired some of the smartest and motivated individuals in combination with ones that fit into their company culture that has created a very successful workforce. Employees are treated well with lots of benefits and beautiful offices. The company uses a lot of the latest cutting edge technology and products.
Cons
Wellington used to pride itself in its fraternal and prestigious culture. After the hiring surge during covid this culture was heavily eroded, mixed with the new CEO Jean making poor decisions that have steadily been dragging the company down. Many of the heavy hitter investors and technology leaders have since left the company.
