I can’t add more than what people have already written because it is ALL true. You will be asked to work multiple positions and will not be fairly compensated for it, nor is this disclosed during the interview process. Trust nobody because everyone is scared for their jobs and will backstab to either get ahead or keep their jobs. Management can easily change the narrative about you to appease their own agenda. This has not happened before at other firms I’ve encountered. Lastly, and most importantly, only come here if you’re white.
