      Good pay and benefits, including profit sharing. Health plan is not the best, but costs are reasonable. Front office affords opportunity to work with top industry professionals. Impress the right people and you can go far.

      Cons

      Conservative, restrictive working environment. Very top-down management.. and quite political. Depending on group, real potential to have poor work-life balance.
