Pros

Name recognition will get you through the door If you do a good job you will be recognized everyone is about the same age, so it can be fun in the office sometimes 21 days off

Cons

This was an inside sales job, the amount of leads you needed to call was rediculous. $28-30k starting Some Manager do not know how to sell Recycled leads (you keed calling the same people that you know you cannot help) Bonuses stink

Pros

Great experience, lots of training, stable, management does their best even during crazy operational hours to train and guide you.

Cons

If you leave a role you have to stay in it at least a full year. You are literally stuck even though you are the one who made the decision.

Pros

Benefits (but cost creeping up and coverage creeping down each year), Good Morale Both Management and Coworkers, and Honestly a Great Company.

Cons

Cross Selling is the only focus now, firing employees who are great at their job in every area that should matter but if the cross selling results are not meeting the ever ridiculous quota (which continues to rise) than you may not have a job next month. Expectation for customers to say yes to cross selling, leaving you with no real control of your job security. Stress!
