Pros
Diverse Geographic organization. Well defined policies. Less risk averse organization. Some good perks include Back up day care for parents. Good health insurance and company match for 401(K) up to 6%. Yearly bonus are structured and company made additonal contributed for all eligible employess in their 401 accts as part of the profit sharing.
Cons
Does not provide flexbile work sites( especially work from home) like other large financial organizations do. Does not provide oppurtunity to move up in the ladder organically unless you change your job.
