Pros

If you're able to get a full-time gig, you are, apparently, in for life. Bagels on Fridays. Unlimited soft drinks (if you care about such things).

Cons

The "pro" I've described here is a positive if you are the sedentary professional type; a big negative if you must work with these sedentary types and have ambition and skill, and prefer to be rewarded for performance rather than longevity. And, in particular, if you are a contractor. The full-time staff fully relies upon the experience and drive of the contractor fleet, yet very reluctantly offers praise or credit for these individuals. Turnover amongst contractors is very high, and it's obvious why.

Pros

Benefits (but cost creeping up and coverage creeping down each year), Good Morale Both Management and Coworkers, and Honestly a Great Company.

Cons

Cross Selling is the only focus now, firing employees who are great at their job in every area that should matter but if the cross selling results are not meeting the ever ridiculous quota (which continues to rise) than you may not have a job next month. Expectation for customers to say yes to cross selling, leaving you with no real control of your job security. Stress!
