Learn a ton from great people, get an active voice in operations, very egalitarian culture. Growing a lot, so room for advancement, promotion, and a great place to get broad experience (multiple locations and specialties, so there's plenty of options).

In a transition, so can feel like a startup (low documentation, need to be self-driving, fast paced). Some artifacts in the culture and norms from the past still, but changing everyday.

The doctor I work for was great and understanding.

Very fast past clinic. Most of the time patients are yelling at front desk out of frustration because they can get through the call center or get any answers answered. Managment is very toxic. Micromanaging and yelling at their employees in front of patients.
