      I would say the pay was decent.

      Cons

      Oh, boy - malicious streak throughout. Be warned that they fire employees quite often. One day you go to work and your colleague is not there any more and the manager is cleaning out his desk.

      Amazing teamwork, Dedicated Corporate Leadership. Excellent benefits. Excellent opportunities for career development. Interesting patient causcus, so good to develop skills and experience base.

      Cons

      Very large system, so take some getting used to, although onboarding process is exceptionally good and thorough.

      Love my coworkers, rotating floors to prevent burnout, easy productivity

      Poor management- she doesn’t support us, low morale, low pay compared to other hospitals in the area
