Pros
Good benefits and paid time off, free concierge services, excellent training opportunities, and as a corporate professional with WellStar they offer flexible office hours and as well as remote work.
Cons
Many corporate managers there for a long time, which has stifled their growth into effective leaders and decision makers. Too much duplication of work effort across the functional areas which creates a frustrating environment to navigate. No one seems to be able to organize work effort into efficient levels. Recently, they have hired a few IT managers who are overly assertive and tend to micromanage.
