      Salary is good and wear scrubs

      Cons

      Way too many to list... but a major issue is it's always short staffed for those providing care to patients and way too many managers who sit in meetings and enjoy controlling and micromanagement.

      Great pay, and the hours were guaranteed. The job itself was fairly easy, and my coworkers were kind and helpful.

      Most techs are hardworking. Standard benefits package.

      Cons

      High employee turnover due to a lack of trust and psychological safety. Upper management focuses on policing minor processes rather than supporting strategic growth. Feedback from staff is rarely implemented, leading to low team morale.
