HR seems to be on top of things. Seems to... you obviously don't know if anything was done to reprimand discriminatory/harassing behavior. That's about it. I can't say anything good about this company.
Cons
I've seen and heard too many negative things at this place (different departments). I haven't met one person that is happy to work for them and plans on staying there. Pay is low compared to other health systems in the area. Managers treat their employees poorly. There's no such thing as holiday pay. Everything comes out of your PTO. Also, good luck trying to get another position within the company. They make sure that won't happen. If you choose to work here, do not get their benefits. You have to see their physicians and the plan doesn't cover most medications. High deductible and co-insurance plans. No.
