Pros

can't really find any pros

Cons

- almost nothing that is promised during interviews is not true - working long hours with no recognition, not paid and when you want to take them they say we can discuss...but...and that is it -no increase of salary- what is your salary when you hire...that is it -no benefits- OK we have some fruits but that is like a banana per person ( seriously?) - no communication with the management- they seem very open and say you can contact but never available...if you ask /need something might take months until you have a reply - they don't care about their employees- just like another idiot working for them - the salary is very bad- and no bonuses at all...nothing... - very good people are leaving but they do not care..they think is lest cost effective to let them go and than to hire a new one than to actually give a raise or some benefits - only talk but no action, none of the promises get's real so no one actually believes them

Pros

Fully work from home job

Cons

Work-life-balance (the way tasks availability works makes it so that you have to stay home most of the day to get hours) Pay (the pay is not competitive at all) Poor management (little to no communication and frequently overhiring, which adds to the lack of available work) Benefits (benefits are only available if you work a certain amount of hours per year, even if they do not have tasks available frequently) Vacation time (vacation time is awarded similarly to the way benefits work. Therefore your vacations are lessened by when task availability decreases) Lack of clarity (company stages meetings under the guise of transparency, but do not address worker concerns, up to and including concerns over lack of work) Mass layoffs (company does mass layoffs frequently, sending out termination emails to multiple employees at once periodically, which adds to general stress and uncertainty about job stability)
