Pros

Great teamwork with coworkers, 100% remote work, interesting clients

Cons

Work atmosphere has gotten quite toxic over the past year. Company is only focused on pushing its AI business, well-being of employees is overlooked, work atmosphere is focused on performance and pressure (KPIs and performance metrics are key), speed seems to be more important than quality, no or inadequate communication (tone, choice of words) throughout the company, employees are barely valued, competent employees have been laid off and replaced with people in low-budget countries or not replaced at all (leading to some teams being understaffed for almost a year now) while incompetent underperformers are moved from one position to the next or even promoted instead of being laid off, a lot of unnecessary micromanagement, feedback is not valued, extremely siloed, rarely any benefits and low salaries (management travels around the world 5 times per year to be celebrated, while employees would have to pay for their train tickets themselves to meet them in the office, and teams are not even granted team meetings or Christmas parties or a bonus), low word prices is only leading to more and more incompetent freelancers and agencies that slow processes down and lead to rubbish quality, any attempt of being proactive or improving/changing processes is turned town immediately or remains unheard. Overall atmosphere has gotten worse since change of management. I had very high hopes when I joined the company, but the overall experience turned out to be very disappointing.

Pros

Fully work from home job

Cons

Work-life-balance (the way tasks availability works makes it so that you have to stay home most of the day to get hours) Pay (the pay is not competitive at all) Poor management (little to no communication and frequently overhiring, which adds to the lack of available work) Benefits (benefits are only available if you work a certain amount of hours per year, even if they do not have tasks available frequently) Vacation time (vacation time is awarded similarly to the way benefits work. Therefore your vacations are lessened by when task availability decreases) Lack of clarity (company stages meetings under the guise of transparency, but do not address worker concerns, up to and including concerns over lack of work) Mass layoffs (company does mass layoffs frequently, sending out termination emails to multiple employees at once periodically, which adds to general stress and uncertainty about job stability)
