      Pros

      as management, you have 40 hours no matter what, even in winter which is a perk. overtime is available if you want it. flexible scheduling to a degree.

      Cons

      pity raises. the corporate managers are completely out of touch with what its like to run a store anymore. awful employee turnover. maintenance never does anything when there are legitamate severe problems on a weekend, even when they are "on call".

      Pros

      I enjoyed the food and diversity within the workplace. It was always a fun time when meeting people etc.

      Cons

      Days could be long and depending on who was managing the shift that day. Overall same old same old. You have to work a bunch of hours to get paid.
