      Pros

      It's a job. Promotion from within. You get the experience you need to further your career at a different company for a higher position and pay.

      Cons

      Everyone is friends. Too many money problems (within the management). poor quality establishments. Not for a family oriented person.( long days long nights)

      Pros

      I enjoyed the food and diversity within the workplace. It was always a fun time when meeting people etc.

      Cons

      Days could be long and depending on who was managing the shift that day. Overall same old same old. You have to work a bunch of hours to get paid.
