*gets to know all the basic jobs to do in a quick service restaurant *best thing about working here is to learn how to interact with a customer/guest. *if someone wants to work in restaurant industry, he will find it useful to work here as it can be a really good learning experience *opportunity to meet new people by serving different guests *less talk, more work
Cons
*not so lucrative for guys who want to interact with guests as mostly they have to work in the back *minimum wage paid for most workers other than the managers *not too much benefits provided from the company to the employees *as it operates through franchises, things can be totally different if the owner or the manager is not so likable
