Pros
friendly working atmosphere, great upper management, good management. great possibilities to move up in higher positions.
Cons
wage is not as compeitive as it used to be. I am not making much more coming back than I was 6 years ago. and their shifts start at the same as min wage. it doesn't help that we have one of the highest min wages. and there are not enough stores to take in the amount of people that want to be promoted. also people tend to get stuck in the same positions instead of being cross trained as they should be. you can't learn or get better at something if you are never put in other positions.
