Pros
It is easy to get hired as a student and they provide flexible hours. Adequate training before starting your position. The skill set learned from the position is adequate for a teenager. You will have responsibilities such as opening/closing the cash registers and completing daily transactions.
Cons
The managers act too authoritative in their positions and sometimes mistreat the employees. Most employees (specially the students) fear management, therefore causing a lack of communication between them.
