Professional and morale - Crew Member Wendy's Employee Review

I’ve worked at McDonald’s, and I’ve managed some small restaurants, and I was nervous to not only start somewhere as a crew member, basically a demotion from what I had been doing, but I was nervous because of the stigma of fast food and my experience at McDonald’s. I was very pleased when I observed how professional, and yet morale the company and its higher ups are. For the most part, though it’s faster than what I’ve been used to, the locations operations run very smoothly. The owners and managers are very seasoned and know what they’re doing when it comes to store operations and employees. As someone who has become accustom to bad treatment from bad owners; sexism, and appearance bullying and discrimination, I’m still getting used to not dealing with any of that lol
