Pros
Great coworkers. Best social atmosphere of a fast food job I've ever experienced, for the most part. Training is sufficient and you will know how to do your job. They pay on time and on the books. Flexibility. Work, life balance. Cashiering experience. Customer Service experience.
Cons
It's a minimum wage fast food job. Not much career advancement. Some workers can be harrasing and have negative, if not abusive attitudes. Company doesn't make an effort to retain employes, fires at will. Jumps to conclusions. Needs to go that extra mile in keeping people around and avoiding the high turn over rate.
