      specific roles for individuals. rotating job type every 2 - 3 hours well staffed and enough hours for everyone instead of many staff with little hours

      keep standing throughout lots of things to remember on the menu

      Pros

      I enjoyed the food and diversity within the workplace. It was always a fun time when meeting people etc.

      Cons

      Days could be long and depending on who was managing the shift that day. Overall same old same old. You have to work a bunch of hours to get paid.
