      Pros

      steady employment/income. Training and communication through out system.

      Cons

      Never staffed at management levels.No coverage for vacations.Both of which cause extra days and long hours.Performance reviews are designed to have everyone fall into "Effective", mid level rating.

      Not much it smells weird but they paid better than my last job

      Manager didn’t fire me I didn’t quit, literally just stopped scheduling me and ghosted me
