      Pros

      I only believe a pro to working at Wendy’s is the ease to take PTO after you have been there for a year.

      Cons

      Most of management including the district managers will treat you like a machine not a person. This is one of the worst fast food jobs I have had.

      Pros

      I enjoyed the food and diversity within the workplace. It was always a fun time when meeting people etc.

      Cons

      Days could be long and depending on who was managing the shift that day. Overall same old same old. You have to work a bunch of hours to get paid.
