Worst Place Ever - Restaurant Manager Wendy's Employee Review

It is the most unprofessional place I’ve ever been. The gossip and disrespect. The cursing. The getting yelled at and cursed out by other managers. U can work 12 hours and u r not allowed a lunch break or a 10 minimum break. Nothing. They vape in the kitchen. In the fridge. In the office. The kitchen is filthy. There is a cockroach infestation in the frosty machine. It is the worst place ever. There is no work-life balance. U either give everything to the job or they punish ur schedule for it. If u have kids…stay far away.
