Pros
Guarantee job- one of few company's that would hire me out of school Consistent work- work 70+ hours a weeks(documented) New equipment- 386 Pete 34000 miles when assigned to me Home time wherever(48state driver)- able to take home time any where in 48 states Options- dedicated/regional accounts, team or solo, as well as different divisions(flat bed, refrigeration..)
Cons
Low pay- started off at .28¢ per mile a year later as a trainer its still the same Inefficient communication- dispatchers during day don't communicate effectively with night/weekend Dispaters. No APU- on new trucks Worthless trainers- trainer ran me like a dog and didn't teach me anything. Didn't get out once to spot me when i would back up.
