Pros
Home nightly barring rare events. Few problems resolving issues with home office (Safety, permits, etc) Consistent miles ~2500 a week
Cons
Loss of major holidays (Labor Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day) Low base pay and salary cap keeps people out of the division. Certain "incentives" are rigged in such a way as to not actually pay for performance. (Fuel Mileage Lottery, extra run bonus program) Seniority matters very little, due to high division turnover. Division requires HazMat endorsement, but offers no premium for hazmat loads.
