Pros

Trucks are very nice n good conditions, they good Takecare of the Trucks n student driver too.if u don't like ur trainer u can change anytime. These are good points

Cons

Trucks ate good but trailer, werner don't give a look to them most of the trailers have some problems.Trainer are not taking care there's student driver ,they are not saying u r doing right or wrong .they only force to drive cuz u r making money for him or her .they promised u to pay like around 4000 thousands as a bonus as a team driver but in reality u ll get only 1100 with in 3 months thats really sucks.another thing if u have good team then u can earn around 700 in a week( if u work really really hard) by driving all 48 states.u can Easley earn this money by working anywhere, like u r doing for werner every day 14 to 16 hrs a day .no good food on the road no good sleep man u ll die vary early if u work for them.if u r thinking that u ll learn something n leave once you get experience if u r thinking so , u r wrong first thing u ll hardly get the chance to learn backing which u really need for u local job career, not only that most of the Trucks they are automatic but in local market still company are using 10 speed. So if u worked for them means u ll forget everything about 10 speed .so think twice b4 u join them.

Pros

Great Experience, ( Exp. May Vary) This is a great job for those who are first setting foot into trucking. The orientation process is, well a process to say the least. I went in looking to do team driving and I got lucky with my partner. If you dont really have anyone waiting for you at home then this job is good. They give you plenty of opportunities to switch accounts and some have ups and downs. Some benefits are okay, and some company sponsored discounts are great. Depending on the dispatcher they can be great or on your butt, Werner does reimburse for schooling which is great but its monthly. Also you do have to train with their trainers and some are either great like mine but ive heard contrary.

Cons

Pay is absolute not adequate. You get locked to 3k a week so your pay is about $900-$1100 depending on the mileage, very rarely did I get anything above and the times I did it was reimbursment for schooling. Saftey is on our butt as they have front facing cameras. These cameras are at a detriment more than for your saftey. Some trainers are garbage, my partner had a trainer who did the bare minimum and she paid the price for it, I have to teach her how to back every now and again.
